Emergency Communications Centre

Our state-of-the-art Emergency Communications Centre works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is ready to deploy the communications portion of your emergency response plan. Think of the Emergency Communications Centre as the information and communications hub of your entire emergency response plan. Our highly-trained technicians work around the clock, ready to take the call in an emergency and begin the appropriate distribution of information.

The Emergency Communications Centre springs into action.

From there, your personnel can deploy your emergency response plan. The CommAlert Group can manage some or all of the communications contained within that plan including initiating the emergency alert system, sending mass emergency notifications in the predetermined intervals to the stakeholders, employees, residents or other contacts you’ve provided. CommAlert Group updates your contact database on a weekly basis, to ensure the right people are receiving the appropriate emergency communications.

When the dust settles and the state of emergency has been lifted, the Emergency Communications Centre can also act as your crisis communications triage, working as an emergency response crisis communications (ERCC) team either remotely or on-site. That means you will get an emergency communications call centre, where those involved can reach out to get the information they need. During a crisis, the Emergency Communications Centre will be on standby, ready to call-out data, receive emergency calls from residents or fan out emergency messages. Having the right information in these situations can really put those involved at ease, ensure they’re safe and help emergency response go much smoother.
