Before purchasing CommAlert in 2007, Tim worked extensively as a Technology Management Consultant. He is intrigued by advanced outbound mass notification and emergency communications, passionate about making technology work better for customers. Tim comes from a long line of community builders and uses his professional and personal experience to help keep individuals and communities safe.
With a background in business, bookkeeping, event planning and human resources, Dana brings many valuable skills and strength to the CommAlert Team. She’s organized, ensuring every client is receiving proper service and care. She is an active member of her community, a regular volunteer, stays active outdoors, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Sean is a relationship-building guru, which is why he is such a valuable member of our team. He has over 15 years of experience working in sales and is responsible for helping our company grow. When he’s not out networking for CommAlert, he can be found enjoying live music or the latest blockbuster on the big screen and spending time with his family.
Kelsey started her career in the service industry. It was here she became passionate about assisting others and helping them successfully meet their goals. She gets to do just that working with The CommAlert Group. Working together to resolve challenges, brainstorming, and continually improving as an organization makes her proud to be part of the CommAlert team.
Luna has worked with The CommAlert Group as a Call Centre Representative for four years. She enjoys the varied, fast-paced environment of the call centre, the team she works with and the opportunity to learn new things on the job each day. In her free time, Luna can be found in her garden, on a camping trip or planning her next travel adventure.
As a senior call centre agent, Holly is trained and certified in mass notification dispatch and with Intelligence Series programming. Her extensive call centre experience allows her to resolve client challenges effectively while being an influential member of the CommAlert team. She enjoys data entry, crocheting, and adult paint-by-number.
Kim has worked in the customer service industry for over 12 years. Her experience and ability to solve problems allow her to efficiently and effectively assist callers. She enjoys the down-to-earth atmosphere at work and is proud to be on the CommAlert team. When she’s not at work, she enjoys horses, Nascar, and spending time with her family.
With a background in reception and administration, Abi-Gail brings her work ethic, time management skills, and passion for helping others to the CommAlert team. She enjoys collaborating with co-workers and working towards common goals. Abi-Gail has a keen interest in travel, learning foreign languages and hopes to become an educator one day.
Tanice has worked with CommAlert for more than five years and has over 12 years of call centre experience. Providing an excellent call answering service, conducting surveys, and her ability to help in emergencies has made her a valuable member of the team. In her spare time, Tanice enjoys creative arts, video games, and reading.
Lisa has been with The CommAlert Group for a few years and came with extensive customer service, dispatching, and phone operator experience. She is passionate about helping people, and that is precisely what she does every day in the call centre. When the workday is done, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or knitting project.
Kelly has been with The CommAlert Group since 2005. She came with extensive experience in customer service and is passionate about helping people, especially in emergencies, and does a great job. In her spare time, she canvasses for charities including Diabetes Canada’s D-Camps for kids and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Kelly and her partner Gary have three grown daughters, a dog, and four cats.
