What is lone worker monitoring?

Lone worker monitoring is required by law in most jurisdictions and the responsibility of the employer. If you have employees that work alone, like oilfield personnel, nurses, and utility workers, our comprehensive lone worker monitoring system can help keep them safe. Lone workers can check in with our 24/7 live operators when their shift begins and again when it ends. They are sent live-call reminders at predetermined points in their shift, multiple times a day, so they know to check in with our operators. If a worker fails to check-in, we initiate emergency call-out procedures so we can make sure they’re safe or getting the help they need.
