Keeping Lone Workers Safe
The CommAlert Portal turns your smartphone into a vital safety tool for lone workers. Using the Portal, lone workers can check in at any time and are automatically prompted so they never forget another check-in. Functions, such as check-ins and text message exchanges, can be performed hands-free using voice-activated smart assistants. This makes essential communication easier than ever before.
If something goes wrong, your lone workers can raise the SOS alarm using an on-screen button, discrete Bluetooth accessories, and/or wearables. The Portal also detects man-down automatically using in-built accelerometers or external hardware. That way, you know an emergency has happened, even if your workers cannot call for help themselves.
Additionally, the Portal can help prevent accidents from happening. Lone workers are automatically notified if they’re in or near an unsafe location and receive timely alerts and travel advice. Plus, the Portal is compliant with lone worker safety legislation.
